Position Summary: Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily invoicing, processing incoming payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices daily to clients.
- Process incoming payments from various sources and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
- Perform daily reconciliations of cash accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries and collect on past due accounts.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Provide backup support for accounts payable as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
