About the Position:The acquisition customer representative position is focused on making sure that we are sourcing and purchasing vehicles for our used vehicle inventory. The representative is focused on reaching out to individual sellers in order to make competitive offers on their vehicles and set appointments for customers to come in to sell their vehicles to the Tom Gill Buy Center. This position has high customer interaction through phone, email, text and video that is focused on making the process of selling a car easy, efficient and without all the hassle one has when they do it on their own. This is the newest position in our buy center and will be a stepping stone into becoming a buying center buyer here at Tom Gill Chevrolet. While his position will be high paced, you will receive ample daily training and plenty of support from team members and management. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to customers to inquire about purchasing their vehicles.
- Set appointments for the buying center buyers.
- Work our sell only leads through consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate offer values with our vehicle evaluation team.
- Work in a team environment to help the buy team achieve it's monthly acquisition goals.
