The NC3 Integration Directorate's mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff to deliver, sustain, and support combat effective nuclear command, control, and communication capabilities. The Division's portfolio includes programs in development, procurement, and sustainment acquisition phases that modernize communications systems for connectivity between the President and strategic deterrent forces.Qualifications:•Basic Qualifications: 10 years plus experience in intelligence analysis.•Excellent written and oral communication skills.•Apply intelligence knowledge/skills in coordinating intelligence analysis and integration with the intelligence community.•Critical Thinking Skills All-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components.•Must have proven experience with DoD 5000.01 Acquisition, as well as the JCIDS process•Physical Requirements: Sedentary for all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary licenses.Responsibilities:•Specific tasks include (but are not limited to): Identifying, defining, and documenting intelligence requirements for Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) Senior Leaders, MDA Program Elements, and then prepare and present briefings, updates, and summaries to portfolio leadership.•Provide NC3 enterprise with intelligence subject matter expertise. Provide near, mid, and far-term (current & projected) foreign threat assessments & projections to better assist key NC3 stakeholders in analytical rigor and identify AF NC3 strategic systems capability gaps.•Manage and conduct the review, tailoring, and analysis of Threat Assessments, integration dependencies and requirements, cross-program analyses, Information Support Plans (ISPs), and Intelligence Supportability Assessments (ISAs). Apply expertise in leading technical Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA), Cyber vulnerability assessments, and technical Intelligence analyses.•Build and present briefings at Weapon System Reviews to inform decision-makers at General officer (and civilian equivalent) level and other NC3 stakeholders of threats to US Air Force NC3 Weapon System sustainment and modernization Present recommendations to mitigate or eliminate threat risks to the weapon system.•Author intelligence papers including tailored threat assessments to support program major milestone events and inform the program office, MAJCOM requirements sponsor, and test community of threats to system in development during the near term (0-5 years), mid-term (5-10 years), and far-term (10-20 years). Include bibliography of approved Intelligence Community (IC) sources to ensure intelligence traceability in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive 206 (ICD 206).•Produce program risk assessments (also known as Intelligence Health Assessments) using intelligence supportability analysis technique to identify Derived Information Requirements, intelligence deficiencies, and impacts to system acquisition and operational capability if required intelligence is not provided.•Operate database function in intelligence application that establishes threat linkages to weapon system components and enables system- and system-of-system level threat assessments. Requires thorough understanding of Intelligence Community Analytic Tradecraft and Standards as defined in Intelligence Community Directive 203 (ICD 203).•Apply skillset in leading participation and interaction with strategic stakeholders sub-working groups that have Intel requirements. Coordinate community of interest meetings and integrate intelligence analysis and intelligence operations activities by collaborating among the Intelligence Community (IC), COCOMs, MAJCOMs, OSD, DOE, etc. to accomplish the objective.•Specifically, provide subject matter expertise on developing a program's derived intelligence requirement (DIR) and may represent AFNWC/NC at Threat Working Groups (TWGs), Threat Steering Groups (TSGs), Acquisition Intelligence WGs, and Cyber Threat WGs.•Lead intelligence supportability analysis for each MDA program element and prepare the associated documentation. Identify, develop, and document portfolio-specific intelligence Production Requirements (PRs), Requests for Information, and coordinate as necessary with the IC for portfolio-specific intelligence products.•Lead and support the integration of current intelligence, acquisition intelligence, and technical intelligence into the development and sustainment of nuclear communications.•Oversee and deliver a weekly summary when requested, to include supporting and presenting intelligence reports, briefings, updates, white papers, and technical data.•Researching and gathering intelligence data, developing and presenting briefings, identify required documentation, and providing weekly status updates.•Review MDS development documents to verify threat information is consistent with current IC reporting and attend regularly scheduled meetings via VTC or through on-site visits representing NC Directorate to IC organizations.•Apply technical expertise related to intelligence and indications and warning that can inform 'left-of-launch' operations.•The Contractor shall possess a TOP SECRET (TS-SCI) level clearance with an investigation current within 5 years or in Continued Evaluation (CE). Interim or outdated investigations are not acceptable
