Job Title: Sr Integrated Logistics Support Specialist (Top Secret Clearance)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sr Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to develop and perform logistics management operations. This role involves planning and coordinating the execution of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for major SIGINT/EW systems, encompassing emerging technologies and complex fielding requirements for Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW) programs. By applying game-changing cyber technologies through agile development methodology, we enable battlefield dominance for our Warfighters.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with various product management offices across various PMs and PEOs to plan, develop, and execute logistics program activities from the conceptual stage through the lifecycle of the product.Develop and implement logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.; coordinate efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolve logistics problems; and compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.Serve as a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Specialist responsible for ensuring the development of all elements within assigned systems.Oversee planning, implementation, and delivery of logistics support for new equipment training, new equipment fielding, tests, demonstrations, and field exercises.Develop initial Product Support Strategies (PSS) for assigned systems and oversee the development of other logistics planning activities, including the development of Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) that document the plan for formulating, integrating, and executing the PSS to meet the warfighters' mission requirements.Responsible for all logistics elements (i.e., maintenance; fielding support; manpower and personnel; supply support; support and test equipment; training and training devices; technical data; computer resources support; and packaging handling, storage, transportation, and facilities) for one or more acquisition programs.Manage total cradle-to-grave intensive logistics management to support a complex, major weapon system from concept through field deployment.Perform the full range of planning, liaison, equipment, and control of logistics phases of field exercises and tests.Integrate separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.Implement PEO/DA/DOD policy and procedures of acquisition to provide support to the program manager's requirement to field fully supportable systems/equipment and meet operational requirements for the soldier in the field.Resolve complex logistics problems affecting numerous activities and units spread over large geographical areas.Develop and initiate the implementation of corrective actions and program enhancements.Develop, interpret, and/or apply a wide range of DOD, Army, and PEO acquisition and logistics policies, directives, and precedents.Coordinate, prepare, evaluate, and review ILS management and planning documents.Monitor the status and quality of ILS development services and products; evaluate progress in attaining ILS objectives; serve on ILS management teams.Develop and recommend new logistics support concepts, managing and interfacing with logistics managers, contractors, training facilities, ILSM organizations, and other service users at contractor facilities and government activities.Evaluate, plan, develop, and assure the implementation of corrective actions and changes to reflect new requirements, technologies, and safety concerns.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience coordinating with various product management offices across various PMs and PEOs to plan, develop, and execute logistics program activities from the conceptual stage through the lifecycle of the product.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with Army Futures Command representatives, multiple PEO representatives, as well as internal and external PM and logistics representatives.Experience in developing acquisition logistics documentation such as Acquisition Strategy, PSS, LCSP.Experience managing cradle-to-grave intensive logistics activities to support a complex, major weapon system from concept through field deployment.Demonstrated experience and familiarity with DoD and Army integrated logistics policies and regulations, including the planning and execution of both acquisition and sustainment activities.Knowledge and understanding of DoD Acquisition 5000 guidelines and processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree (4 additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education, or 8 years logistics experience with a certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate).Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience directly related to integrated logistics support activities.Active Top Secret clearance.25% travel required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.Ability to work in office/field/lab environments.Work EnvironmentThis position supports PM EW&C (Program Management: Electronic Warfare & Cyber) based out of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The work schedule is hybrid remote, with an expectation to be on-site an average of 2 days per week, with potential flexibility once fully integrated with the team.
