At FEMA we strive to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.Major Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for developing, establishing, implementing, and controlling contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project/program through designated phases of the acquisition cycle. Typical assignments include:Providing senior leadership with program evaluation results that are utilized in the resource management process for information technology solutions toward greater program effectiveness.Developing specific program planning data that incorporates cost; research and validate planning, scheduling, and cost projections that are provided by supporting or higher organizations; and organizing historical or trend data.Performing a wide variety of especially difficult administrative, technical and analytical duties pertaining to program and functional related activities during all phases of the planning, programming, and budgeting processes.Participating in briefings to provide information concerning planning, scheduling, and financial aspects of program plans.Establishing and monitoring acquisition technical standards, tools, and processes, and certifying acquisition projects and programs in conformance with statute, policy, requirements, architectures, and standards.
