Parra Consulting Group, Inc. is currently seeking an Acquisition Program Management Analyst, Senior to support our client located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepares and reviews acquisition documents in support of milestone reviews and or major decision points during the acquisition process in accordance with DoDI 5000 and DoDD 5000 series.
- All documents will be reviewed for compliance with all Army Regulation (AR) and Department of Army Pamphlets that pertain to the Army Acquisition Processes.
- Provide program management support for acquisition cycle planning and execution to include preparing documentation and inputs for Milestone Decision Reviews (MDRs), advise on program acquisition path and strategy, draft documents needed in support of acquisition decisions, coordinate and staff acquisition documents for signatures.
- Keep track of acquisition documents status for each program within PM TN portfolio and report on the status on a regular basis and when required.
- Assist with preparing Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) and monitor and report on the program execution against this baseline.
- Provide acquisition program management support for new requirements documentation development such as Initial Capabilities Document (ICD); Capabilities Development Document (CDD) and Capabilities Product Document (CPD).
Qualifications Required:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
A minimum of 10 (ten) years of related experience in preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation in support of milestone reviews as required by DODI 5000 series, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the status of acquisition documentation, supporting documentation development such as Initial Capabilities Document (ICD); Capabilities Development Document (CDD) and Capabilities Product Document (CPD), preparing and staffing Acquisition Program Baseline (APB).
