The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing essential acquisition and business operations support services to our client, which may include contract writing system and Microsoft SharePoint or similar/successor platform support services. Key Responsibilities:
Contract Writing Support: - Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Provide expertise in contract writing systems to facilitate efficient and accurate contract documentation.
Microsoft SharePoint Support: - Maintain and enhance Microsoft SharePoint or similar/successor platform for efficient document management and collaboration.
- Train personnel in SharePoint usage and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Compliance Assurance: - Ensure that all services provided adhere to relevant government regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
Government Interface: - Act as a liaison between the Contractor and the government client, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Acquisition, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in acquisition and contract writing support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint or similar/successor platforms.
- Strong knowledge of government acquisition regulations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
