Job Description: iQuasar LLC is currently hiring an Acquisition System Analyst in Washington, DC for a contract position. This will be a long term contract. Typical Duties Include:
- Develop and implement data models and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making.
- Performs advanced data analysis using statistical techniques.
- Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques.
- Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Performs analysis to assess quality and meaning of data. Filters Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems.
- Works on analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
- Works on documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), data-related workflow processes, and maintaining data taxonomy and definitions. Also works on data management priorities. Elicits, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business requirements to create systems solutions that support overall product/project vision. Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Incumbents have both business and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in Helpdesk Support, specifically Momentum or Unified Financial Management Systems (UFMS).
- Two years or more of work experience working in an acquisition/procurement or similar environment.
