Acquisitions Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Private Equity

Gresham Hunt is supporting an elite boutique REPE firm that are looking to bring in an Analyst / Associate to join their acquisitions & asset management team based in Los Angeles, California.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years' of Real Estate Investment's experience from an Investment Banking, Private Equity firm, Investment Management background
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management
• Ideally have experience, coming from an acquisitions/investments or debt/credit background background
• Ambitious, inquisitive & a self-starter that doesn't need their hand held
• Strong technical skillset with commercial aptitude
