Our Project Manager Acquisitions is essential to aid the Rollins leadership team in achieving strategic growth objectives by helping drive informed and empowered acquisitions - specifically support the deal execution from inception to closing including key partnerships with cross functional teams. The position will have high visibility in our organization and report to the EVP and CFO.

Responsibilities:

You Will. . .

  • Establish accountability measures and processes that ensure we achieve our targets for growth and productivity
  • Run point as the PM on deal tracking such as:
    • Establish metrics and process exists and is followed to ensure we identify key targets and consistently follow up to create strong relationships
    • Establish database that will ensure transparency and accountability to senior leaders. Reporting out of database will not only keep leadership team up to speed but will ensure no balls are dropped and each member of process knows what is expected
    • Manage the calendar of upcoming project deadlines and communicate accordingly with internal and external stakeholders
    • Gather and maintain data on current and prior transactions and assist with internal reporting requirements
    • Create and maintain deal information log, assist in due diligence activities (e.g. document requests, preparation of data room, etc.), and prepare materials for meetings
    • Liaising with operational teams to help facilitate successful deal execution; help manage various functional work streams
    • Assist in synthesizing information/data to develop and communicate business case for senior management, and shareholders
    • Help prepare detailed description of the targets products and services including money flow analyses for shareholders review
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall processes, communication channels
  • Support additional projects in the greater Finance and Accounting areas as needed

  • Work Environment: This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead/Midtown area). Opportunity for hybrid office and home-based working arrangements once onboarded.

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Project management experience (5 years)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously (3-5 years)
  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and with external resources (3-5 years)
  • Ability to deliver high quality and accurate results under business and time pressures (3-5 years)
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT: Candidate must reside or willing to relocate to the metro Atlanta area and commute to our corporate office regularly. Hybrid working arrangements are a minimum of 3 days per week

What will put you ahead:

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to obtain certification within first year of employment
  • Project management experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or financial transactions

  • We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
  • Must reside in the metro Atlanta area and be willing to commute on a hybrid basis after training.
