The Acting Director of Mass. Ability is responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (IS - Ps), data collection, and documentation for each individual served through the program. The Acting Director is also responsible for the management of all program staff and for the regular maintenance, troubleshooting and auditing of the VHS/ MRC Credible software system for compliance by all case management, and other program staff. The Acting Director of Mass. Ability is also responsible for the management of program sites and employee files as specified by MRC, QA and Victory Human Services policies and guidelines. They will assist with the fiscal management of their sites, including assisting with developing, implementing and tracking their sites' budgets.
