In this role you will be part of the Program Management office.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain working relationships with customers and external stakeholders, for example ODNI, the IC, Federal agencies and Congress.Coordinate with organizational elements to deliver responses.Use specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems.Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks.Use judgement to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.Rely upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure actions are completed in compliance with policies and procedures.Qualifications:Required:CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with PolygraphFive (5) or more years of relevant experience with the IC or DoDBachelor's degree in technical or business-related disciplineDesired:National Security policy, IC budget and finance experienceExperience in senior/executive leadership communications and decision managementExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent planning, organization, and time management skillsAbility to manage competing prioritiesBasic Compensation:$95,600 - $143,300This range is for the Maryland area onlyThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
