Job DescriptionIndustrial Networking Solutions (INS) is seeking an Activation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accountable, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They must take pride in facilitating a high-quality customer and partner experience to retain and grow the organization's service delivery offerings.Location- INS HQ - Richardson, TX office -Must live in Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area or be willing to relocate .There is no relocation package for this position .Hours/Shift- This role will have a regular 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday work schedule.This is NOT a hybrid or remote role.Compensation- this role will be hourly, non-exempt with a pay range of $20 - $22 per hour.QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant work experience - preferredBasic knowledge of IT, telecom, and/or IoT equipment preferred, or a curiosity in learning these industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, sales operations team members, and other internal departments.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage fluctuations in workloads due to shifting project timelines and delivery schedules.Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).Strong time management and organizational skills.Decision making and problem-solving skills especially where process improvement is concerned.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesManage the pairing of SIM cards to appropriate project hardware.Coordinate communication between carrier partners, sales team, and customers.Follow up on open activations requests to ensure timely coordination and delivery between internal and external stakeholders.Communicate and coordinate project scheduling needs with appropriate internal team members.As an employee grows in this role they should be able to provide feedback and take ownership over their processes to improve the customer and partner experience.About INS BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, as well as a 401(k) program with employer match.
