Part Time & Per Diem Activities Assistants Needed for a 120-bed newly renovated skilled nursing & rehabiltation facility!

Per Diem possible hours 9am-5p, 10a-3pm, 11a-7p, as per diem, you would be called in if have any call outs/anyone going on vacation. Part Time 16 hour position, 10a-3p, Monday-Friday, or Monday-Wednesday rotating Holidays, No weekendsORPart-Time Thursday and Friday 11a-7p, Rotating Holidays, No Weekends.ORPart-Time 3p-7p or 4p-7p Monday-Friday, Rotating Holidays, No Weekends.

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior recreation/activities experience in a nursing home preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
• Primary Series of COVID Vaccination Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
