Having a cheerful disposition and a willingness to provide quality entertainment to our members and their guests will be necessary in this role. Engaging with our members is of prime importance and is the focal point of our company's strategy and missionResponsibilities:Present the utmost professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer servicePlan, organize and implement a range of appropriate activities during daytime, afternoons, or eveningsImplementing activities that accommodate those with special needsHandling logistics to make the event possibleProviding participants with instructions for the eventAdhering to and enforcing all safety proceduresWorking with all age groups (children, teens and adults)Set-up, cleanup and participation in social events like crafts and sportsGreet new arrivals and promote events and activitiesCarry out any other reasonable task assigned to you by a manager to meet the operational demands of the resortRequirements:Experience with recreational activities, event planning, or related may be preferredAbility to pass a background checkPhysical fitness - ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demandsAdaptability and strong organization and time management skillsPatience and compassion when dealing with othersFlexibility to work when needed, especially evenings, weekends, or early morningsWillingness to adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.Benefits:401k with Safe Harbor matchingPTO accrual starting on day oneOptions for Health, Dental and Vision insurance (Full time, year round only)Volunteer Time OffAbout Outdoor AdventuresOutdoor Adventures is a network of premier outdoor resorts and campgrounds, with locations across the country.
