DescriptionPerrysburg Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a long-term care and skilled nursing community located in Perrysburg, Ohio, is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our community and the Certus Healthcare family in our newly renovated building!Currently seeking 1 Activity Assistant to fill the openings for this position. Pay rate starts at $11.25 per hour based on experience. Current schedule consists of 5 days per week working a 8-hour shift (9am-5pm) and every other weekend shift rotation. We expect to fill this position within the next 30 days; our process includes an onsite interview, orientation, and a period of new hire training. Full-time benefits Include:
