RWC is a continuing care retirement community. We provide care and services for senior citizens living independently and to those who need assistance with daily living activities or full nursing care.Join an energetic team committed to premier care and building relationships with residents in our Assisted Living Center and Full Nursing Care Health Center and enjoy a work environment centered on excellence, compassion, respect, and innovation.Responsibilities:
- Create and plan activities for senior adults
- Monitor participants/residents for safety and wellness and notify supervisor of changes in condition
- Manage and organize supplies
Skills:
- Outgoing, joyful personality
- Compassionate
- Creative
- Previous experience with adult activities or as a CNA preferred
- Current Virginia Driver's License with good driving record.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified.
