- Prior customer service experience.
- Able to lift 30 or more pounds.

- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate well with home owners, guests and coworkers.
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays week/ends
Desirable:
- Prior guest relations training
- Hospitality experience
- CPR, First Aid, AED certified
- College graduate
- Knowledge about fitness and recreation activities/programs
- Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Working Conditions: Many tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, and windy weather. Temperature can be extreme. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to reach with arms and hands; bend and stoop; remain at post standing for extended periods of time; may be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain knowledge of :
- Scheduled daily activities;
- Features and services of the resort;
- Hours of operation of each outlet;
- Assist in planning and executing regularly scheduled activities, special events, and holiday activities.
- Hours of operation of each outlet;
- Assist in teambuilding events.
- Assist with pool areas to include chemical testing, towels, maintain locker rooms and maintain fitness center.
- Assist with maintaining the South Lawn to include, playground, lawn bowling, lawn games and other sports equipment.
- Assist with maintaining pavilion to include bike rental/bike tours, archery, paddle tennis/pickle ball rentals, ice skate, snow shoe and cross-country ski rentals.
- Assist with lake front operations to include towels/snack hut, lifejacket distribution, and over all beach and locker room cleanliness.
- Lead hayrides, nature hike, butterfly tours, kayak tours, bike tours and winter sports tours.
- Assist with kid's camp and kid's banquet.
- Assist with Grand March.
- Complete daily departmental procedures for the Activities Department.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of activities to recommend for homeowners/guests inquiries.
- Effectively and efficiently handle homeowners/guests issues.
