NOW HIRING: Activity Aide
Activity Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing a variety of engaging activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Encourage resident participation in activities to promote socialization and a sense of community.
- Help set up and clean up activity areas before and after events.
- Document resident participation and progress in activity programs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive environment.
- Accompany residents on outings and special events as needed.
- Maintain a safe and orderly activity area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and in good working condition.
