We continue to grow! Looking for an Activity Director Consultant to join our team. This is a flexible position that can be full time to PRN. Must have at least two years of experience as an Activity Director in a long-term care facility. Must be well versed in MDS, Care Plan, Specialized Programming for a variety of ages, and Federal regulations. Please feel free to submit sample activity calendars you have created yourself! Travel is required. Please only apply if you have worked in a nursing facility.
