Job DetailsJob Location WILMINGTON OFFICE-- Services/Social Rec/Transitions/Clinical - Wilmington, NC Position Type Direct Caregiver/Aide Salary Range $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly Job Category Health Care Description Autism Society of North Carolina is currently hiring for a part-time Activity Lead who will implement individual support plans and lead program activities for individuals and groups in our program. This position also provide coaching and support to other staff to ensure all staff deliver appropriate and effective support. Have the availability, this job is for you! As a part-time Activity Lead, you will assist the Program and Assistant Program Director in developing activities and program schedules. You will prepare activity materials and equipment, develop supportive and collaborative relationships with direct support staff, and cross-train with other staff to ensure consistency of excellent program delivery.   • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience working effectively within an ASNC program, or similar demonstration of ability to effectively implement activities with individuals with autism.
  • Ability to pass background check and driving record check
