Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and alignment with Acumatica ERP capabilities.
- ERP Implementation: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Acumatica ERP to meet organizational requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
- Solution Design: Develop and recommend solutions within Acumatica to address business challenges, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Testing & Training: Create and execute test cases, validate system functionality, and provide user training for effective adoption.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for Acumatica-related issues, troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate and analyze reports, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in Acumatica ERP implementation and customization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Acumatica ERP, SQL, and experience with third-party integrations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications (Preferred): Acumatica ERP Business Consultant or Developer certification.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
