Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Acumatica ERP Analyst/Administrator to manage and optimize our Acumatica ERP system and related integrations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our technology stack, ensuring seamless operations across our ERP, e-commerce, and other integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Acumatica ERP Administration:

• Manage and administer the Acumatica SaaS-based ERP system.
• In collaboration with VAR support, perform system maintenance, configuration, and updates.
• Provide user support and training for ERP-related functionalities.

DataSelf Data Warehouse/ Data Analytics and ETL Connectors:

• In collaboration with SaaS provider, oversee and maintain DataSelf data warehouse solution from a technical perspective.
• Manage and support ETL connectors to ERP to ensure accurate and timely data integration.

Shopify E-commerce Integration:

• Maintain and enhance the integration between Shopify and Acumatica to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with e-commerce and ERP synchronization.

Acumatica Customizations:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, reports, and dashboards within Acumatica.

Data Imports/Exports and Integrations:

• Perform data migrations, imports, and exports as required.
• Support ERP integrations with Shipping, Labeling, and other solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.

System Optimization and Integration:

• Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement solutions, including new modules, functionality, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, deploy, and support integrations between various platforms.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience
• Proven experience with Acumatica ERP administration.
• Knowledge of Shopify platform and its integration with ERP systems.
• Experience with data warehouse and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, imports, exports, and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with customization tools for Acumatica.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Acumatica certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in a similar role within manufacturing, e-commerce, and technology-driven industries.

Work Environment – this position operates in a casual office environment in Rochester, NY.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000
