If you are passionate about working in an engaging clinical environment, this is the perfect fit for you. Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs to improve clients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Educate clients and their families on techniques to manage and prevent physical limitations.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
