The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled communicator to manage projects, build client relationships, and support high-quality work.

Russell Herder is a collaborative, strategic AAAA agency in Minneapolis, providing market research, digital marketing, creative development, social media, and media relations excellence to our regional and national clients. Our clients include innovative finance, health and medical organizations, associations, government, built environments, and nonprofit spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring deliverables meet objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative, on-time, and on-budget solutions.
• Manage project details, timelines, and communications across stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and draft reports to align internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools.
• Work collaboratively onsite in Minneapolis (four days a week, Fridays WFH).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an ad agency or similar setting.
