**REMOTE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**

**URGENT NEED - ASAP START**

**Overview:**

Lead role in working with various stakeholders responsible for Revenue Cycle functions. Involved in the full systems development lifecycle and responsible for creation and maintenance of project lifecycle documents/deliverables (vision document, supplemental specifications, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, approvals, and training materials).

**Responsibilities:**

* Directs the operation of the Revenue Cycle managed service delivery functions and ensures that it aligns with the business objectives of the organization.

* Directs and participates in the development of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for RCM delivery service for client sites.

* Recruit, develop and retain onshore and offshore staff and teams; provide feedback and conduct staff performance evaluations; determine individual training plans and ensure overall competencies

* Directs teams in development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing systems and infrastructure

* Manages the P&L budget; manages Application Maintenance and project-related expenditures

* Provide leadership on RCM application design project deliverables e.g. vision document, supplemental specifications, user design, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, approvals, and training materials

* Ensure maintenance of documentation such as design documents, architecture and flow diagrams

* Provide leadership for project related activities

* Assure compliance to require standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project life cycle

* Interfaces with stakeholders and project teams to drive value, return on investments and innovative solutions. This includes providing alternative solutions, including vendor solution acquisitions, with maximum benefits while reducing cost (e.g. cost benefit analysis, pros/cons of solutions).

* Oversee team accountable for all aspects of testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, and defect management) to ensure minimal production and user acceptance testing (UAT) defects are realized

* Will interface closely with the clinical, revenue cycle and/or technical staff on the team during all phases of the project, including unit and system testing, integration and UAT testing culminating with implementation checkout and post implementation support

**Requirements/Qualifications:**

* BA/BS Degree required or equivalent education / job experience; Master's Degree preferred

* 10 years of experience in a healthcare information technology environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

* Effective leadership, communication, and fiscal management skills are essential

* Understanding of Cerner, Epic, Meditech, Allscripts and/or Revenue Cycle systems
