Job Description

The Sage Group's client, a well-respected collaboration software company, is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated program manager to join the Customer Training team to help scale live, customer-facing, instructor-led training programs. This person will manage the day-to-day operations of current programs, drive process and operational improvements, lead marketing efforts to expand program awareness, and use skills in problem-solving & communication to improve outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day program operations and communications.
  • Coordinate and drive new projects, working cross-functionally and creating detailed documentation to accomplish goals.
  • Conduct research and competitive analyses to help inform future strategy.
  • Partner with instructional design and content teams to prioritize and build new ILT content.
  • Partner with training operations teams to streamline processes and reduce complexity for partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Expand awareness of the company's Live Training programs by building & advocating for marketing plans for three audiences: SaaS customers, Solutions Partners, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Track key performance metrics related to training enrollments, engagement, and outcomes.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you will bring:
    • Proven success as a strategic thinker and tactical executor of programs.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • 6-8 years' experience in program management within training, L&D, or similar groups.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
    • General marketing skills.
    • Moderate knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and program growth.
    • Jira, Confluence, and Trello experience a big plus.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace required.
    • Zoom or other conference tools required.

    Duration: This is a long-term contract (18 months).

    Location: 100% remote within the United States.

    Compensation: $80-95 hourly range, w-2.
