About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider in Addiction Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will work alongside a Physican and integrated therapists to provide full spectrum addictiontreatment, prescribe medications including medications for opioid use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric conditions and help manage treatment plans
This position includes a?$10,000?sign-on bonus,?up to $7,500 in relocation assistance if applicable
You will practice at Intermountain Health St. Marys Addiction Medicine Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado
Your hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30pm, Wednesday until 6:30pm with NO call!

What youll bring:
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
At least 1-2 years of experience, direct experience in Psych and or Addiction Medicine preferred.
New Grads will be considered with a cover letter explaining why you are interested in Addicion Medicine
Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
