Responsibilities:

We are looking for 2 Program Managers. One to oversee our Detox & Residential facility and a second Program Manager to oversee our PHP/IOP/Sober Living. As a Program Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our treatment center. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising Behavioral Health Technicians: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to a team of Behavioral Health Technicians, ensuring they adhere to policies, protocols, and best practices.
  • Intake and Discharge Management: Coordinate and oversee the intake and discharge processes, including leading and training team members who ensure smooth transitions for patients to and from the facility.
  • Patient De-escalation: Utilize your skills in patient de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations and promote a safe and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication among staff members from diverse backgrounds, promoting teamwork, and facilitating open dialogue to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient care.
  • Twelve Step Principles: Demonstrate a strong understanding of twelve step principles and incorporate them into interactions with patients, while respecting their individual needs and beliefs.
  • Staff Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and engagement.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a substance use disorder treatment center or similar healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with patients, staff, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in patient de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Knowledge of twelve step principles and their application in substance use disorder treatment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff from diverse backgrounds and promote inclusivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Empathy, compassion, and dedication to promoting the well-being of individuals seeking recovery.
