Requirements
- Practitioner in health law, school/education law, non-profit law, or other compatible areas with a minimum book of business between $300,000 and $325,000.
- No minimum years of experience required.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire or ability to obtain licensure.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the firm's values of diversity, inclusion, and collegiality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored business development plans with financial support from the firm.
- Manage and grow a personal book of business, engaging in active business development.
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on case management and professional development.
- Handle and work on own cases 80-90% of the time, ensuring high-quality legal services.
- Engage in legal writing and executive coaching with support from the firm's specialists.
- Participate in the firm's supportive and collegial work environment.
