The O'Malley School of Business is seeking qualified individuals to join our team as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Accounting, Business Analytics, CIS & Law Department to teach Auditing in the Fall, 2024. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for providing content and instruction in your assigned courses.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality instruction to students in the assigned coursesDevelop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessmentsEngage and inspire students through effective teaching strategiesFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentEvaluate student performance and provide feedbackCollaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings and activitiesQualificationsA minimum qualification for this position includes:A Master's degree in the relevant field or a CPA LicensePrevious teaching experience or relevant professional experiencePreferred qualifications for this position include:Experience teaching at the college levelProfessional experience in the fieldUndergraduate Salary Range:Instructor $4,431.83Assistant Professor $4,578.76Associate Professor $4,726.94Professor $4,875.13Physical RequirementsThis position may require some light lifting.Founded in 1853, Manhattan University is an independent Catholic Lasallian institution located in Riverdale, NY that embraces students of all faiths, cultures, and traditions.
