Examples of Duties While course syllabi and instructional materials will be provided by Glenville State University, instructors may adapt some aspects of the course with departmental approval. Typical Qualifications A master's degree in English or a master's degree in a related area with 18+ graduate hours in the content area is required. Salary is commensurate with degree qualifications. Courses are three credit hours, some with an additional contact hour for a writing lab intended to provide additional support. Compensation for the additional lab hour is calculated at 0.875 credit hours.
