Job Description:

* Teach English Language Learning (ELL) courses in the ELL department under the Division of the Humanities and Learning Communities (A traditional ELL course is a 6-credit per semester).

* Teach Courses offered fully in-person on the Charlestown Campus, Chelsea Campus or any BHCC partner sites, including but not limited to Madison Park High School, Chelsea High School (at BHCC Chelsea campus), and PAO Center.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education with ELL focus required for teaching ELL courses; master's degree or doctorate in a related field with core coursework in teaching English Language Learners will be considered if graduate transcript(s) are submitted with application.

* Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population.

* Teaching experience required; community college teaching experience preferred.

* Fluency or Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

* Teaching fully in-person.

Additional Information:

Salary: $1,397.00 per credit hour.
