WVNCC has a priority need of experienced online adjunct instructors. Our adjunct faculty instructors provide student centered instruction on a course by course basis. Adjunct faculty serve as temporary part-time instructors hired to provide instruction, student advising and student support to our students.Compensation for adjunct faculty is determined according to our current adjunct faculty per credit hour or equivalent rate.Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Instruction, student advising, and student support.* Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (psychology, rehabilitation counseling, social services)* 2 years experience in Human Service Field* Social work or Licensed Professional CounselorHuman Services courses that require additional qualifications:HS-101 Understanding Group Processes and Dynamics* Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (psychology, rehabilitation counseling)* 2 years experience in Human Service Field* Social work or Licensed Professional Counselor (preferred)HS-150 Introduction to Substance Abuse* Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (psychology, rehabilitation counseling)* 2 years experience in Human Service Field* Social worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (preferred)Notice:* If you are claiming post-high school education, license or special training, you MUST attach or provide by mail a legible copy of your education transcript, license or training record.* Transcripts - Unofficial will be accepted with application.
