SUMMARY/SCOPE:We are looking for part-time, adjunct faculty members to provide privateinstruction for various, specific musical instruments to undergraduate students. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach an undergraduate private instruction course in the School of Music. Demonstrate effective teaching strategiesby planning and implementing a variety of teaching methods as well asassessment.Maintain accurate records anddocuments, submit timely reports, and be responsive to students.Records/documents include but are not limited to syllabi and grades.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
