Must possess a Master's or Ph.D. degree in History.2. Demonstrate a strong potential to effectively teach World History.3. Demonstrate potential to effectively use an online learning management system.(Blackboard Ultra or similar). 4. Demonstrate commitment to excellence in teaching.5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personal integrity, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity.Additional Considerations1. Experience teaching World History in higher education.2.
