Wilkes University invites applicants for Adjunct Student Teaching Supervisors serving the undergraduate School of Education. The School of Education provides opportunities for students to grow academically, personally and professionally. The ethics of service and dedication are expected of Teacher Education students to meet the unique needs of all students within the learning community.The successful candidate is responsible for supervising student teachers in the field and must be available to visit schools throughout the region during regular school hours. Compensation is on a per student basis and includes transportation reimbursement according to current IRS guidelines.An earned master's degree in education or a closely related field and a minimum of three (3) year's experience in teaching are required.Wilkes University is an independent, comprehensive university dedicated to academic excellence in the liberal arts, sciences, and selected professional programs.
