Monmouth University is seeking applications for Adjunct Professors of Homeland Security in the Criminal Justice department.
The candidate would be expected to: teach 3 - 6 credits per semester in undergraduate/graduate homeland security courses such as terrorism, intelligence, emergency management, critical infrastructure, and related courses.
Applicants who are available to teach between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. will be given preference for hiring. Applicants should indicate the hours that they are available to teach.

Master's degree or higher in Security Studies, Homeland Security, or related discipline such as National Security, Intelligence, Emergency Management, Public Administration or Criminal Justice.
Work experience that includes significant subject matter expertise in public safety and/or emergency management: police, fire, emergency medical service, intelligence, public health, military and related private sector agencies.
Ability to teach classes on the Monmouth campus. Strong commitment to high quality undergraduate education.
