Position Description:
The Department of Allied Health Sciences at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (www.acphs.edu) is seeking qualified candidates for adjunct instructor level positions to teach the following in-person laboratory courses in support of our B.S. Clinical Laboratory Sciences program during the Spring 2025 semester:
Clinical Chemistry Lab (1 credit; Mondays 10:00am-12:50pm)
Immunohematology Lab (1 credit; Wednesdays 9:30am-12:20pm)
Urinalysis and Body Fluids Lab (1 credit; Thursdays 9:30am-12:20pm)
The Spring 2025 semester begins on January 13, 2025.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a master's degree in medical laboratory science or related discipline, MLS(ASCP)CM national professional certification and evidence of current competence and ongoing professional development in medical laboratory science; minimum of 3 years' experience.
Ideal candidates will have prior educational or instructional experience in clinical laboratory disciplines.
