Ideal candidates wouldteach Ecology (BIOL 260, 3 cr, WF 12:00 - 1:15 PM) and the co-requisite Ecologylaboratory (BIOL 261, 1 cr, M 1:30 - 3:20 PM). Preference is given to candidates whoare excellent and innovative teachers and have a demonstrated commitment todiversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM education. These courses will meet face-to-faceon the Springfield, MA campus.The compensation for adjunct faculty with fewer than 3 years college teaching experience is $2820 for a 3-credit course. The compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a 3-credit course. Qualifications Candidates must possess at minimum a Master's Degree in Biology or related field froma regionally accredited institution. Experience teaching Ecology at the college level ispreferred.
