Teaching courses covering some or all the following public health topics: Biostatistics and Epidemiology, Public Health Preparedness, Environmental Health, Health Policy and Administration Health Promotion and Education, Global Health Social and Behavioral Science. Successful candidates are expected to enrich courses by sharing theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject and encouraging direct application to the workplace within the field of public health.The college is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.Position Qualifications: Successful candidates seeking consideration for graduate course instruction must have at least adoctoral degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field of specialization or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties.Preferred Qualifications A doctoral degree in an appropriate field of specialization or a closely related discipline from anaccredited institution in the field of public or population health. The ideal candidate must have experience teaching online or face-to-face. The candidate must also have skills in the use of personal computers and appropriate software applications.Special Requirements or Considerations of the Job:
