We hope you'll consider joining us.Job Description:The Communications Program at Siena College invites applications for an adjunct faculty position for the Fall term, 2024.Teach one section of COMM 100: Digital Media LiteracyWednesday (8:00am-9:00am)Course Description:This course provides an introduction to the theory and skills necessary to critically examine mediated messages in the digital age. Students explore methods to analyze the credibility of content generated in both traditional media outlets and on-line publications to promote accuracy and reliability in their research and writing.Course Format: In personSalary $3,863.00 per 3-hour course taught The hiring salary above represent the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law. Requirements:Applicants must possess a Master's degree in a related field, PhD or ABD preferred.
