Job DescriptionThe Pittsburg State University School of Automotive & Engineering Technology is accepting applications for a part-time, in-person, temporary Adjunct Instructor to teach Welding Processes & Procedures for the Fall 2024 semester.Course DescriptionDr. Deming's concepts using statistical process control charts for variables and attributes. Computer applications, quality cost, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, acceptance sampling techniques and topics on TQM, ISO 9000, DOE, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO 14000. Prerequisite: A course in statistics.Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide lecture material on Quality Control processes
- Evaluate and assess student performance

- Industry experience in Quality Control
