All applicants must follow one of the following processes: Process for Out of District Applicants: Out of district applicants are required to complete an on-line application. All requested documents as indicated in the posting must be uploaded to the application. Process for District Employees: District employees must complete an on-line administrative application. Employees must login to SearchSoft (PowerSchool) and make sure their application type reflects administrative. Once an employee's application correctly reflects administrative, they are able to apply for a specific position. If an employee does not already have an application in SearchSoft, they will need to create a new user ID and password to apply for the specific position. Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience: Master's degree in educational administration or a field appropriate to assignment from an accredited college or university General qualifications of a teacher and principal, administrator, mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified appraiser for the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) or must be obtained within 3 months of start date Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) certificate or its equivalent Instructional Leadership Development (ILD or ILT) or must be obtained within 3 months of start date Minimum three (3) years successful experience as a teacher Proven success in improvement of student outcomes To be considered for this position, interested applicants must upload the following documents to their employment application. 1) Letter of interest 2) Official transcript(s) showing all administrative coursework 3) Current resume 4) Copy of administrative certificate or; 5) Copy of exam results indicating you have passed the exam NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.
