All applicants must follow one of the following processes: Process for Out of District Applicants: Out of district applicants are required to complete an on-line application. All requested documents as indicated in the posting must be uploaded to the application. Process for District Employees: District employees must complete an on-line administrative application. Employees must login to SearchSoft (PowerSchool) and make sure their application type reflects administrative. Once an employee's application correctly reflects administrative, they are able to apply for a specific position. If an employee does not already have an application in SearchSoft, they will need to create a new user ID and password to apply for the specific position. Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience: Master's degree in educational administration or a field appropriate to assignment from an accredited college or university; Valid Texas Mid-Management, Principal, or Superintendent certification or out of state equivalent certification and the ability to obtain Texas certification required Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) certificate or its equivalent Instructional Leadership Development (ILD or ILT) or must be obtained within 3 months of start date as designated by the School Assistant Superintendent T-TESS certification or must be obtained within 3 months of start date as designated by the School Assistant Superintendent At least three (3) years of successful teaching experience; and At least three (3) years of successful experience as an assistant principal and/or experience in other instructional leadership roles To be considered for this position, interested applicants must upload the following documents to their employment application or on-line transfer application: 1) Letter of interest 2) Official transcript(s) showing all administrative coursework 3) Current resume 4) Copy of administrative certificate 5) Copy of exam results indicating that you have passed the exam NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.
