The level of this position (General Manager/Director) will be determined based on the background and experience of the selected candidate.The General Manager/Director – TEB is responsible for the safe and efficient management, operation, maintenance, and financial performance of the FBO facility and services. The position will report to the Region SVP initially and will transition to report to an Area Director long term. The role serves as direct liaison with the managing entity of the home airport and is responsible for compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies issued by Airport Management, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other pertinent authorities. They are responsible for all aspects of the FBO including proper delivery of services, condition of the physical site, staffing, people leadership, equipment, and maintenance of the location.
