As an Admin Assistant/CSR, you will be part of the administrative department supporting the insurance agents. Your excellent phone manner, customer service focus, MS Office skills, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and ability to perform general office duties will make you a valuable addition to the team. Job Title: Admin Assistant/CSR Location: Elk Grove, CA Pay Range: Based on experience Length of Assignment: Through the end of the year (December 2024). What's the Job? Make outbound calls and answer phones for the insurance company Transfer calls to insurance agents and may assist with scheduling appointments Perform general office duties such as filing, using the copier, stuffing brochures, and processing paperwork Have a polished and pleasant phone manner with a customer service focus Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook What's Needed?
