The Union connects students, faculty, staff, members, and visitors through shared cultural, social, and recreational events and experiences.Anticipated Hours Per Week 10 Schedule:Monday through Friday between 7am and 3pm. Occational Saturdays.Schedule is flexible but must work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $15.00 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
- Overseeing and maintaining the hiring process of the Custodial department
- Contacting, interviewing and tracking multiple applicants
- Conducting staff orientations
- Scheduling
- Paperwork; filing and organizing
- Attendance audits (sign-in sheets, punch verifications, When to Work audit, attendance excel document, strike notifications)
- Making and answering phone calls (if needed)
- Maintain organization of administrative paper files and desktop files
Qualifications:
- Basic Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency
- Organizing and detail oriented
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor, self-motivated, and capable of working without supervision
- 1 year commitment
