Admin Assistant Bill Rate will be mentioned on the call 8 month assignment 35 hours/week 300 Park Ave. Please note that: Onboarding and Training will be in our Piscataway Campus (909 River Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854) Hybrid- 2 days working from home. Tuesday and Wednesdays are core days. The person will need to be at the officeCasual dress codeEssential Duties: Provide administrative assistance and support to the Director, and all other members of the Team Manage daily flow of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment Manages New Items samples process and deployment Manages Piscataway Customer engagement center and supports our customer meetings not only at the Customer Engagement Center in Piscataway but also in Park Avenue Maintain calendar for Director, take a proactive approach in anticipating and initiating information need for the Team Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings for department Coordinate the use of shared conference rooms and other resources. Attend and organize 25 + conventions and trade associations per year. Flexible to jump to another project at a moment's notice - recognizes the need for urgency Maintains Fleet Car changesBe available at our NJ Piscataway CEC to help support internal and external meetings. During the summer months, this could mean 2-3 days per week in Piscataway given it is the high season for customer meetings.Bachelor's Degree OR General Educational Development (GED) Certification required 3 years experience in fast-paced environment required Excellent organizational skills is required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required Ability to juggle many responsibilities at once and make independent, timely decisions Attention to detail is critical to success in this position Ability to work independently and self motivated Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is required
