Our Metairie client is looking for a polished and professional administrative assistant who thrives in forward-facing roles, is highly organized, and has experience with office management duties. Pay will be $50,000-$56,000 BOE. Bonuses are offered and medical premiums are paid at 100%. Tues-Sat/PTO/ holiday pay/401K match Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the rest of the administrative team to ensure the smooth operation of all office, accounting, and HR functions.
- Play a key role in procurement and merchandising.
- Support the sales and executive teams.
- Demonstrate high-level customer service and problem resolution with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Extensive expertise with computer and other office equipment, including software skills in MS products.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude a must!
